What's Silica Refractory Bricks
Silica Bricks for Hot Blast Stove have the advantages of high strength and good thermal shock resistance. Silica bricks are used for the top of the large hot blast stove, the partition wall and the upper part of the regenerator. It belongs to acid refractory brick and is suitable for lining material of high temperature kiln with acid atmosphere or solution. It is a kind of quality refractory products with more than 94-96% SiO2 content. Silica Refractory Brick has excellent resistance to acid corrosion, excellent heat conductivity and high refractoriness.
Silica bricks for hot blast stove is made of natural quartz stone with high SiO2 content (95%). Silica brick is used for hot blast stove's heat furnace body, furnace wall and roof.
Good corrosion resistance of acid slag.
RUL is 1620~1670℃.
Good stability under the high temperature.
Poor thermal resistance performance.
